Posts: 225 (10/04/09 11:23:09) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	I think for the Rapture the Radcliffe sessions and new skin are the most appealing , but i would be interested in hearing some live tracks if possible but i suppose sound quality would may be a problem? live tracks that i would like to hear : reading version of love out me, scarecrow,last beat of my heart, cry, fear of the unkown and hall of mirrors.

Some of the mixes are very long and some were available on cd singles, so I'd prefer unreleased songs or mixes that were only on 7" and 12". Unless they go for double editions, Peepshow being my fav album.

Both 'Peepshow' and, of course, the monumental 'Superstition' are absolute masterpieces. And the other two are pretty darn fab as well. How I dearly hope there are some unreleased or demo tracks available from the 'Superstition' sessions! And I'm in complete agreement that the single version of 'Song From The Edge Of The World' is "an absolute MUST". If this bona fide Banshee classic isn't finally released on CD we should go to Steven's house and take turns breaking wind through his letterbox! Nyarh!

That would be nice to hear how the songs sound without the over-done production, and final mixes.

I also love the Eclipse mix of Shadowtime--in fact I've never even listened to the album track beginning to end. It is the only Shadowtime as far as I'm concerned.

Those were just pointless and terrible.

Those were just pointless and terrible. yeah, but those were still better than those techno remixes of the rapture tracks. not that i liked the original songs to begin with, but those techno remixes simply have nothing to do with the banshees. i find them quite embarrassing and horribly out-dated. on superstition, i think the "kiss" snapper mix & the extended mix of shadowtime are quite essential. those seemed to have been done with the band's input and they are really sublime.

I can't imagine that just the one track exists in professionally recorded quality. I think it would be great to hear the entire show, if at all possible... That said - I think its great that he wants to know what we are interested in having on the next set of remasters. I just really hope Superstition has a totally different sound quality.
