I'd like to know what was going on but I still liked hearing it. I hate the fact that something or someone had to piss her off but I enjoy hearing her give a piece of her mind. The security guys (who, by and large, are usually pretty okay) were being really heavy-handed with the fans. The crowd weren't being particularly unruly - they were just dancing amidst the rows of seats in this truly horrible venue. The security team completely overreacted and were hitting fans and very roughly dragging them out of the hall. Siouxsie (whose leg was in plaster at the time) gave 'em several tongue-lashings before things came to a head during 'Melt'. Part way through the song Steven threw his bass down, leapt off the stage and set about the security thugs himself. What a hero! Shortly afterwards Siouxsie ordered all of the security guys out of the hall, gleefully shouting "Piss off, Postie!" as they retreated.

Sioux did stop singing a couple of times and told him to shut up. Then, the Banshees' security guy come to stage and that annoying bugger was removed. In spite of that, it was a great show!
