One day, I may get around to putting online reviews of both gigs and albums that I wrote at the time. The gig reviews I still look at with great waves of nostalgia, my album reviews are more embarrasing. They were all written on old sheets of paper and held together with staples. A bit battered they look now so I must get around to making a more permanent copy of them before they fall apart. Let Me Out of Here - I Belong Out There.....

Im also very busy so dont expect it up straight away,its just nice to share stories photos reviews etc ,I dont mind other fans stealing the sioux pics on the page,Ive stolen plenty of other peoples pics in the past. Id love a mantary dvd review.

Old hat for those of us who, decades ago, as teenage punk rockers (and indeed older punk rockers!) did the decent thing and had a bash at doing a local fanzine! Like to keep my hand in as well... Anybody wants a laugh (though I seriously don't recommend it if you're a fan of the Horrors) go to www.vonpipexpress.com and find my review of the Horrors' "Primary Colours" LP in the archive, which Von Pip requested from me for his blog site.... heh heh heh

Posts: 151 (02/07/09 12:31:22) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	I was thinking of doing The Scream and sticking in bits of ye olde lore from ancient interviews, such as Sioux telling Lillywhite he had to listen to The Idiot and Heroes, or Kenny saying Jigsaw Feeling was done at 3.00 a.m., etc. Then again, if I did Join Hands I could bang on (and on and...) about John and Kenny for the 98th time and include bits like Sioux saying Red Light could've gone on it but the Blackheads 'turned their noses up at the lyrics'. Or how Kenny had written a song about Christine Sizemore, called Two Worlds Collide, but Severin thought it was shite. Or how Robert Smith said hello to John and Kenny but the pair of em just 'turned their heads away like superstars' and walked off! Then again, wanting to write and being able to write are 2 very different things - look at Morley!
